The white textured paper is from Prism.. perfect for a snowy layout!

2009 Wedding Floral Card

gallery items

This card is normally a white tone on tone, but to photograph it, we tucked in an olive cardstock... and we liked it! Work in center panel of a white A-2 tri-fold, create a bkgd by altering different white sheer ribbons Adhere the ribbons to the backside of the panel with double stick tape. Using white felt and white sheer blossoms to create layered blossoms, attach with white mini rounds to the ribbon bkgd. After arranging blossoms, hammer to flatten your mini rounds. (This allows pearls to have a flat surface to adhere to) Intertwine, tuck & wrap the olive leafy vine ribbon around the blossoms so that the leaves peak out. Fold up your trifold to hide the ribbon ends & prongs of brads. Apply pearl bling of brads. NOTE THAT WE PUT AN OLIVE A2 CARD BEHIND THE RIBBONS BEFORE ATTACHING BLOSSOMS SO IT WOULD SHOW UP IN PHOTO

2009 Winter Celebration Tree

gallery items

* We used two and a half yards of white & blue pom-pom wire cord, and went loosly around our 18" tree, wrapping around a branch here and there to keep things in place. * We then took pieces of ribbons and tied about every 8-9 inches around both pieces of the pom pom cord. * Next we assembled and layered snowflakes, using all the winter mixes of felt and plastic snowflakes with paper fasteners, and then folded them onto the pom-pom cord evenly around the tree. * Next we took more ribbons, this time tying only onto one strand of the pom-pom cords at a time. Get them filled in to add lots of depth to your tree. * Using our safety pins, hang quite a few medium snowflakes onto the cording. Make a bow for the top, and whallah... a decorated celebration tree that you can easily redecorate, just by removing the pom-pom cord, because evertything is attached to it!

ATG Altered!

gallery items

Awesome! Jennifer at Just4funcrafts.com says she finally got around to altering her ATG gun (she carries these in her online store). She masked off the clear part of the gun then sprayed the entire gun with "Camo" spray paint. Then she cut flourishes out of vinyl and sprayed with purple - removed the vinyl mask to reveal the flourishes. She added some of our iridescent & sheer flowers and shimmer brads - drilled a hole at end of the gun and adhered a binder clip so she can hang it in her studio.. she also sprayed some grungeboard hinges and added it to the other side. Check out her site for more altered Aweosme ideas! This gun is OFFICIALLY altered! Thank you again Jenn for sharing your talent with the world... You AMAZE me!

Heritage Blossom Swirl Card

gallery items

Create a Swirl pattern with your piercing tool for your paper fasteners, allowing for the variation in sizes. We used 4 sizes of paper fasteners, micro, mini, standard and large. Stamp or adhere a sentiment between the holes. Beginning at the left corner swirl, insert 3 micro mini rounds, then two mini rounds, then two standard rounds, then one large round. Put a small blossom onto a standard round for the next hole, then two mini rounds & two more micro rounds. Now create three medium layered blossoms and use a standard and mini round to set two of them. (third blossom will be used with ribbon on top of card) Secure a large blossom & leaf with a large paper fastener in last hole. Secure round heritage loop to the second hole in the top of your card with the loop facing to the right (about 3/4" down and 2 1/2" from left side) Fold over the end of mustard swirl ribbon about a half inch - secure a medium blossom & leaf to the ribbon and insert through the first hole at top of card. Take ribbon around the card and slip through the loop and tie it off or place a small blossom & brad to secure. Layer onto olive cardstock panel if you care to have a border.

Woven Daisy Bucket Slot Card
